Our Process

There are three phases to the process:

Phase One:

We start the process by issuing a data integrity request form to the alleged debt collector advising them of the information we're seeking regarding a claim.  The acceptance notice will be our presentment to the alleged debt collector.  Once we define through the pre-discovery administrative process to validate the claim, we then report the findings discovered to our private member.  We hope that the debt collector would do the most honorable thing and simply accept our presentment, process the payment bond and discharge, settle and close the liability side of the ledger account and everyone wins.

However, our experience shows the above ideal scenario does not happen all the time particularly when there are lawyers involved.  The simple outcome we expect take a little more time.  Therefore, we move to the next phase.

Phase Two:

This is where retrieved data and full evaluation brings lights and shows the full scope of the transaction.  The out of court administrative process we use is a very powerful tool that increases the ability of our members to obtain full disclosure and discharge of debt against the financial institutions all the time.  This is not a newly invented process, it actually has existed for centuries.  However, our justice systems simply did not welcome any competition and thus, the courts would prefer to ignore the process and keep it hidden from most judges and lawyers who are schooled to engage in only one type of legal practice; the kind that doesn't not require the whole truth to win a fraudulent claim battle.

Our process is not based on legal arguments but rather we rely on proof and evidence that only the debt collector's general ledgers and sub-ledgers can provide.  There is an abundance of assumptive strategies but none can replace what is correctly and legally lodged in the ledgers of the debt collector's own book and records.  This process is purely investigative and pre-discovery driven.

Phase Three:

This is the adjusting process of the general ledger and sub-ledger books that the debt collector handles from its internal process.  Since most of these "creditors" used fraud and deception to unjustly enrich themselves at borrowers' expense, we would require that borrowers are justly compensated.  We believe this to be only fair once the actuall truth that was hidden in such commercial transactions are finally exposed.  This fair distribution and discharge is based on a formula that has been accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court.

We hold the debt collector / note requester to strict terms and phrases when defining that relationship and the conclusion of a mutual private solution.  Again, these issues are not about lawful money consideration, debt notes owed or debt resolution due to the fact that the components of said conflicts are debt notes worthless securitites as defined by the U.S. Treasury posting pursuant to the definition of legal tender.

What We Seek

We are looking for full compliance with the Federal Accounting Standards, The Generally Accepted Accounting Standards, as well as The Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, and the Attorney Accounting Manual.  Only through these processes can our private members determine if an equitable and fully disclosed transaction occurred during the loan process.

The accountability of those who administer our financial affairs must and will be regulated by the above-mentioned process.

Be Powerful.

Shock Your Debt.
