Our data Integrity and private consulting services came into existence as a result of many failed attempts of our private members to understand the debtor and creditor relationship. The process of understanding the matters of discharge, private credit notes, worthless securities, debt notes, and monetization of commercial paper is clearly not as complicated as most might want you to believe.
Our team led by our founder Raed (Ray) Bustami, has studied the issue of fiat money, legal tender, lawful money and commercial paper for over 10 years. Raed's tremendous experience and deep understanding of what happens behind the scenes in the real estate financial markets and other commercial transactions makes him the hidden force our private members rely on in their urgent financial cases.
We are not debt adjusters because most debt has not been confirmed from the source of the transaction. In addition, we do not attempt to modify mortgages because most lenders, investors and real party in interest are not well defined in the mortgage transaction. In fact, most loans have not been confirmed through the procedural confirmation of FAS, GAAP or GAAS. Negotiations are almost imposible if these procedural processes are not in place.
All debts arising from privately created legal tender money or "digitally created" credit money can be fully understood and better navigated once the educational component is present. The best eliminator of what ails you will always be the increase in your knowledge pertaining to commercial adhesion transactions. The process is non-judicial, it's purely commercial and therefore we can apply the knowledge to most financial cases.
